RESEARCH
Meghan began her research career as a Clinical Instructor at the New York University School of Medicine's Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, where she studied human-animal interactions and co-authored the Reining in Anxiety protocol. Reining in Anxiety is a human-equine interaction program that incorporates evidence-based mental health components to support youth with anxiety and trauma.
